A consultation with us is a comprehensive 2 hour appointment in our private clinic in Taunton.

First, I will examine your hair and scalp in detail, to help establish any factors that might be causing hair loss or other issues. We will explore details of your diet and exercise; your medical history; your family history; and in some cases, we will request blood work for a more in-depth analysis. I will show you what I can do to help. This might include treatments, medication, wigs , pieces , fillers or hair extensions. I can help resolve any issue that you may have – please don’t suffer in silence!

Luxurious Care


Appointments will usually be a luxurious Philip Kingsley hair and scalp treatment. I will apply hair and scalp masks that are tailored to your specific needs, along with using heat & steam. I will use a stimulating  and relaxing scalp massage to help you begin your journey to beautiful, healthy hair. I will advise on alternative treatments if this is not suitable. If you are undergoing chemotherapy or are a client looking for a wig we can use this time to try some on and I’ll give you a more in- depth consultation on Wigs.

Personalised Plans


At the end of your consultation, you will receive a personalised, at-home care plan. I am with you every step of the way. I can recommend products , medication, we can discuss wigs pieces or hair extensions (try some on if needed ) I will follow up with a in-depth report by email or post after your 2 hour visit with everything we have discussed and my recommendations,

Please note:

Your first consultation will last 2 hours as it will include an initial hair and scalp treatment, trying on wigs and getting to know you. The more information and pictures that you can bring with you the better!

We are open Monday – Sunday 9am -9pm by appointment only. Once you have indicated that you would like a consultation, we will contact you with appointments availabilities. Our Cost is £95 for your visit to the clinic ( 1 hour appointment) we will send you an email outlining everything you can expect from your visit, (See above for a breakdown) we will also include your ‘After Care Report’ which contains all of our recommendations.
If you are shielding you can book a free 20 minute consultation Via virtual / zoom / video call.
You will be sent an email containing everything you need to know and what to expect before your virtual appointment. We will follow up by sending your ‘After Care Report’  which includes all of our recommendations.
